The SmartNodeTM 4740 VoIP Gateway connects phones, faxes, and PSTN trunk lines to your All-IP based Unified Communication infrastructure, such as SIP Trunks, IP PBXs, Hosted Solutions, and so on, via 16 to 128 analog FXS interfaces. Like every SmartNode, the SN4740 supports every industry-standard Codec to deliver toll-quality voice on every call. Any industry-standard Codec is supported by the SN4740, much as every other SmartNode, ensuring that every call is delivered in toll-quality audio. Patton Cloud’s Call Quality Assessment and Monitoring functions, along with E-Mail or SMS notification, ensure that Service Level Agreements are met with minimal effort at the customer’s location. The SN4740 provides a secure, cost-effective Enterprise approach with 16 to 128 FXS interfaces and two 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports.
