The SmartNode 5570 eSBC offers 1 or 2 T1/E1/PRI ports with cutting-edge protection. Up to 16 SIP-to-SIP calls can be transcoded, and the high-definition G.722 codec and QoS ensure the best speech quality over IP. The SN5570 can also handle VoIP call transcoding with up to 16 simultaneous calls. Converting G.722 codecs on the LAN to G711 codecs on the WAN, for example. The SN5570 Series models, like all SmartNodes, are cutting-edge eSBCs that also provide full policy-based IP routing. The SmartNode SN5570 is a VoIP product that meets ISDN requirements in terms of features and quality while also resolving SIP to SIP interoperability problems for service providers and network integrators.
