The SmartNodeTM 4740 VoIP Gateway connects phones, faxes, and PSTN trunk lines to your All-IP based Unified Communication infrastructure, such as SIP Trunks, IP PBXs, Hosted Solutions, and so on, via 16 to 128 analog FXS (FXO coming soon) interfaces. The integrated call-router features least-cost call routing as well as dialed-number schedule flexibility. In the event that the IP network crashes, the SmartNode survivability suite offers SIP Trunk and PSTN fallback to ensure business continuity. Furthermore, the SmartNode ensures a seamless transition to All-IP by receiving incoming calls from the PSTN while the VoIP service provider’s number porting operation is in progress. With the Patton SmartNode SN4740 High-Density VoIP Gateway, you will keep your existing phone system when moving forward with centralized communications. The SN4740 provides a secure, cost-effective solution for the Enterprise, with 16 to 128 FXS (FXO coming soon) interfaces and two 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports.
