Audiocodes ACTS 9×5 Technical Support Program (DVS)

Audiocodes ACTS9x5 (also knows as DVS) includes level 2-4 remote technical support for a 12 month period for deployed products. Technical Support is available Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm (customer local time in North America, holidays excluded) for all other priority levels.

ACTS 9×5 does not include remote installation or installation help.

ACTS 9×5 also includes:
